Grad Progress

:S:L:P: Here are a few pages of sketches for my grad project. It's the biggest project I've ever undertaken and if I can pull it off in the next 6 weeks I will be a very happy camper.

The project itself deals in the imagery of youth and the many transitions one goes through on their way to adulthood, or where ever we end up. These days it feels like youth and growing up is a 33 year long process.

I'll be posting occasional updates over the next 6 weeks documenting the progress of this piece. Any feedback on what you see is always welcome and muchly appreciated.

Enjoy.

Lost Basterds

:S:L:P: Well this post is a bit late, but its still cool none the less. Last month Upper Playground hosted a benefit for The American Red Cross to help the victims of the Haiti Earthquake. It featured many Juxtapos regulars interpreting the visuals of Tarantino's Nazi bashing opus Inglourious Basterds You can check out some of the work here. Some really amazing stuff (though a bit violent for this kind heart...what a sissy).
